Today, on International Women’s Day (IWD), we celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political accomplishments of women worldwide. It’s a day to celebrate women’s achievements and demand equality for women.
Did you know, in 2022, figures released by the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) showed 19% of employees in automotive were women, against a 49%/51% men/women split across other industries?
