Today, on International Women’s Day (IWD), we celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political accomplishments of women worldwide. It’s a day to celebrate women’s achievements and demand equality for women.

Did you know, in 2022, figures released by the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) showed 19% of employees in automotive were women, against a 49%/51% men/women split across other industries?

This year, we’ve interviewed women across the AAG European network to understand their views on women working in the automotive industry, their experience about working in a male-dominated industry and how they’ve felt supported by AAG – Read our interviews here
